DAS Solar supplies N-type modules to the fishery agrivoltaics program in Jiangsu

DAS Solar, as a Tier 1 manufacturer, has supplied 70MW fishery agrivoltaics program with N-type TOPCon modules in Baoying county, Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province. This is a market-oriented grid-connected key program in Jiangsu Province, which is driving sustainable development along the Yangtze River Delta economic belt.

The novel carrier transport mechanism introduced by the newly designed interface of Poly-Si/SiOx/c-Si significantly enhances the short-circuit current and fill factor. Currently, DAS Solar has achieved an efficiency of over 26% in the mass production of cells.

 

 

In multiple large-scale fishery agrivoltaic programs, DAS Solar N-type modules have been extensively used. N-type products offer outstanding cost-effectiveness, featuring high efficiency, high bifaciality, and low attenuation. With its lower temperature coefficient and superior performance under weak light conditions, N-type modules are well suited to aquatic environments, satisfying the diverse requirements of various applications. Additionally, DAS Solar's N-type modules have a POE + POE design that enhances waterproof performance and exhibits superior water vapor permeability, ensuring comprehensive protection for stable output.

 

Despite tight deadlines and demanding program delivery requirements, DAS completes programs efficiently, effectively, and to high standards. After the program is completed, it is estimated that approximately 81.8576 million/kWh of electricity will be generated annually, saving 27,300 tons of standard coal and reducing CO2 emissions by about 71,500 tons annually.
