Green Intelligent Manufacturing

DAS Solar advances green intelligent manufacturing by focusing on efficient production and clean energy adoption. We are dedicated to developing modern, energy-efficient, and low-carbon factory systems. Our efforts include continuously optimizing energy and water management, reducing solid waste, and expanding the use of renewables to create safe, eco-friendly, and smart green factories.

Through process and equipment upgrades, we boost energy efficiency per unit of production and scale up the use of green electricity. Guided by our “Green Manufacturing & Smart Factory” strategy, we are strengthening carbon management capabilities across the entire product lifecycle.

Energy Saving & Carbon Reduction

In 2024, DAS Solar carried out 40 energy-saving improvement projects, reducing CO2 emissions by 8,471 tons. These projects are expected to bring approximately RMB 10.24 million in economic benefits annually in the future.

In 2024, DAS Solar's water circulation and reuse volume was 103,128 tons, accounting for 3.52% of the total water intake.

Solid Waste Management

In 2024, the overall waste silica gel and waste packaging drum output intensity of DAS Solar was 1.69 tons per hundred megawatts, a 23.5% decrease compared to 2.21 tons per 100 MW in 2023.

绿电使用
Green Electricity Usage

In 2024, the total PV installed capacity across the company's four bases reached 55.94 MW, generating a total of 9.5671 million kWh of solar power.

Circular Economy

DAS Solar has established advanced module recycling equipment production lines, promoting progress in PV recycling technology, and participated in compiling the "2024 China PV Recycling and Circular Economy White Paper".

Biodiversity

Through full-scenario PV projects such as PV-enhanced desertification control, fishery agrivoltaics, and PV-enhanced ecological ranches, DAS Solar contributes to regional ecological restoration, improves species habitats, and promotes harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
