DAS Solar supplied high-quality modules for the first wind-solar-storage power project at the Yangtze River Delta

2022-12-29

The Fuyang wind- solar-storage power project in Anhui Province was recently connected to the grid, and are now generating power. As the first integrated new energy management project in the Yangtze River Delta, it has achieved an organic combination of ecological, economic and social benefits. DAS Solar supplied 650MW of high-quality modules for this project.

The PV sector of the Fuyang project is designed to occupy more than 13,000 mu of idle water surface in its subsidence area, includes a 650MW photovoltaic power station and a 550MW wind farm. At the same time, a 300MW/600MWH energy storage power station has been built to ensure the stability and reliability of supply through multiple channels. It is predicted that after the whole project is completed and operational, average annual electricity production will reach 1.9 billion kWh, saving around 600,000 tons of standard coal per year, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.57 million tons.

Mr. Liu Yong, chairman and CEO of DAS Solar, said that as a new top-tier brand in the PV industry, DAS Solar continues to innovate and still has the courage to make new breakthroughs. With the industry-leading, cutting-edge technology and the efficient and reliable modules, DAS Solar develops an excellent reputation from customers. Facing the rapidly development in the new energy industry, DAS Solar will seize this opportunity and move forward with partners to ensure a win-win relationship, promote the green transformation of the energy economy, and create a clean, low-carbon ecosystem.
